Hi, my name is CHANESE. I started my spiritual journey about 3 1/2 years ago. I've healed in so many ways and have discovered so many wonderful things about myself during that time. It was not easy, but I can honestly say that I have found true happiness on my journey. My walk with God has been the greatest experience of my life. I am grateful and faithful to the Lord for everything he is doing in my life.
My mission is to help as many people as possible find God. No matter what your situation is, you deserve to live a happy and healthy life.

How to maintain a positive mindset
Happiness is a choice. Of course, everyone has their moments when they are not in a good mood. It's normal for you to have a bad day, a day when you are tired, or a day when you are not feeling well. You have to be able to pull yourself out of those situations when you start to feel down or depressed. Find ways to cheer yourself up. Go out and do something fun. Dress up and make yourself look good. Believe it or not, dressing up and leaving the house is a good way to forget about the things that had you in a not-so-good mood. By doing this you have just shifted your mind to a better state of being. You chose a positive mindset over a negative one. It takes time to get used to it, but once you learn how to pull yourself out of those negative feelings, you will be a much happier person.

It's times like this when we miss our loved ones the most. We hold them in a special place in our hearts. I make this year the beginning of a new way that I remember you. There will be no more sadness. From now on and for the rest of my life, I will celebrate you. I am thankful for the gift of having you in my life for as long as I did. I know you want me to be happy and enjoy my life, so I enjoy it with you as a part of it. When I smile, I smile for both of us. As I go about my day, I know I have an angel watching over me. Everything you've taught me I use for wisdom and strength. I will say this like I always do, you are forever in my heart, grandma, and I love you.
